A registered investment advisor and 401(k) specialist with several financial certifications and 17 years of experience in the financial industry, Barry Krisko enjoys working with people to help them build and preserve their wealth. At Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, he serves as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager, supervising options and securities and providing wealth management advisory services. Prior to his current position, Krisko worked as a registered Investment Representative for Edward Jones. In this capacity, he single-handedly built Elizabethtown’s Edward Jones office by going door to door in the community and talking to people about their finances. The office became one of Edward Jones’ top producers, and Krisko was selected to train new brokers in the region.

While attending Temple University as an undergraduate, Barry Krisko gained valuable customer service training as front bellman at Philadelphia’s well-known Korman Residential Suites. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, he garnered a position as an assistant to Steve and Kip Forbes of Forbes Magazine and Forbes, Inc. In this role, Krisko traveled extensively on a private jet with prominent guests and friends of Forbes Magazine to New York for complimentary hospitality trips to show appreciation for their support. Major world leaders like Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev occasionally flew on the jet for public appearances, and Krisko spent a week touring the U.S. with Margaret Thatcher, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

Now with Raymond James Financial Services, Barry Krisko’s office consistently ranks in the top quartile of Raymond James branches nationally, which has caused it to outgrow its current space. Recently moving to a larger, one-story building at 1900 North Market Street in Elizabethtown, Krisko anticipates further growth, looking forward to add another assistant and two more financial advisors to the staff. In addition to meeting with clients at the office, Barry Krisko visits with homebound clients at Masonic Village at Elizabethtown, a continuing-care retirement community.

In other professional pursuits, Krisko has shared his advice in a financial column he wrote for the Elizabethtown Chronicle and sat on the Board of Directors of the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce. Barry Krisko supports the PGA Foundation, Special Olympics, and The American National Red Cross and has sponsored several local athletic events. When he is away from his work, he spends time with his wife and children and worships at Lives Changed By Christ Church and Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Elizabethtown.
